The Emily Jerry Foundation needs volunteers to help us in our cause to eradicate preventable medical errors (and to be more precise, on preventable medication errors, as happened to Emily Jerry in 2006). If you or someone you know has the time and desire, who is passionate as we are about our mission, then we have a job or two, to help in our fight to improve patient safety in administering medication, so lives are saved.

We expect EJF will need perhaps 100 volunteers who want to spend up to a week riding along with others (including Chris Jerry, at times), on our Patient Safety Express, which is a bus that is planning to start a nationwide tour visiting healthcare facilities across the U.S., demonstrating real solutions from our partners and advocating change in engaging and educational ways regarding patient safety.

We are also looking for good researchers, communicators and fundraisers who can talk-the-talk and walk-the-walk on the Foundations’ behalf. Perhaps you yourself has had a similar experience as Chris Jerry, which was the impetus of this Foundation’s cause, and want to make a difference too and safe lives.

Come join us and become a volunteer by signing up below.
